Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

Full payment is required upon vehicle pick‑up unless prior arrangements have been made. EV Autos may retain the vehicle until payment is received in full.

2. Vehicle Collection & Storage

Customers must collect their vehicle once notified that work has been completed, unless prior arrangements have been made. Storage fees apply at $10.00 + GST per vehicle, per day.

3. Parking & Liability

Vehicles parked in the EV Autos car park are parked at the owner’s risk. If you leave your vehicle overnight before its booking, you accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur. EV Autos will make reasonable efforts to park your vehicle securely while in our care, but this cannot be guaranteed. EV Autos is not liable for any parking infringements incurred while a vehicle is parked roadside.

4. Estimates

Any price estimate provided by EV Autos is an opinion only. While we make reasonable efforts to give accurate estimates, the exact requirements for parts and labour often cannot be fully assessed until work is underway. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate.

5. Customer‑Supplied Parts

EV Autos may agree to fit customer‑supplied parts; however, this work cannot be guaranteed.

6. Vouchers

All vouchers must be declared at the time of booking. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

7. Conduct

Harassment or abuse towards staff will not be tolerated. All concerns or grievances must be directed to management.

The above terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of New Zealand. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
